His educational background is in business, having obtained an MSC in Business Education from the University of Hamburg, to compliment his existing qualifications in Business and Administration Studies. Since then he has been involved in teaching and lecturing, particularly in process modelling, process design, project management, data processing and VBA programming, and brings this wealth of experience direct to the Indeson team. He has very substantial international experience specifically related to the development of occupational profiles, and competency based curriculum development, where his academic career has developed his skills in this area to that of an international expert. His particular expertise in Vocational Education and training is demonstrated by the fact that since 2011 he has been member of the National German VET Expert Team, where he has made an invaluable contribution in developing and delivering VET policy. He compliments this experience with his involvement in establishing educational links between the world of education and the world of industry and his focus on work based learning. His international work includes participation in projects in Kosovo, Italy, Poland, Spain, Austria, Finland, and Romania enabling him to bring a truly international perspective to the work he is involved in, as well as being able to incorporate international best practice in all his consultancies. Gunnar brings a friendly, approachable attitude to all his work and this, together with his ability to complete tasks to deadline make him an invaluable member of all teams and the Indeson family.
