Methodology

Systematic review of qualifications registered by CAQA and AQACHEI

Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for occupational standards

Training of 30 experts as Competent Trainers through 2-day programs

Pilot testing of SOP/guidelines with expert training

Validation of at least 3 qualifications

Four-step approach: challenge understanding, solution analysis, schedule planning, efficient delivery
