Nimo’s expertise encompasses institutional development, policy analysis, human capital development, capacity building programs, and organizational development. She has a proven track record in change management, strategic planning, compliance management, and higher education and curricula development. Additionally, Nimo has hands-on experience with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), research and development, grant management, corporate and portfolio management, public administration, good governance, and professional business services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of contractual and financial matters for the project, including the management of international subcontractors.
  • Active participation in the recruitment, selection, and hiring process of short-term technical consultants and long-term project staff.
  • Leadership in conducting project team meetings.
  • Organization of logistics for onboarding regional project office employees and international travel arrangements.
  • Tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of client commitments.
  • Provision of comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the project team.
  • Management of project finances, which includes collaboration with the regional team on project forecasting, review of operation expense reports, backup documentation, and processing of incoming wires.
  • Support in maintaining the project budget, updating the tracker, and developing financial reports as needed.
  • Assistance in the development and review of technical deliverables.
  • Autonomous execution of day-to-day tasks covering all aspects of project and office management.
  • Acting as the daily contact point for partners, clients, and vendors while handling associated administrative and legal tasks such as vendor procurement, applications, and document review.
  • Coordination of various tasks related to the monitoring and implementation of behavioral interventions.
  • Assistance in primary and secondary research, including conducting surveys, interviews, and literature reviews.
  • Execution of other backstopping tasks as required.
