Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi plays a distinctive and crucial role in tertiary education, providing an opportunity to learn based on the values of āhuatanga Māori according to tikanga Māori. the institution nurturing innovation despite adversity and change.
  • Collaboration. Innovating Together. The key to TVET success will be in building innovation by building upon existing relationships and embracing unexpected partnerships.
  • Diversity. New Perspectives and Approaches: In an educational sector that is sometimes characterised by bias and inequality TVET providers need to lead initiatives that encourage an inclusive culture.
